MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531020374 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 6, for 'adaptable clothes drying device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Santanu Kumar Sahoo.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adaptable clothes drying device comprises of frame having telescopic rod 101 developed to be positioned on fixed surface of enclosure, suction units 102 installed on back portion of rod 101 for affixing frame with surface, motorized pivot joint 104 assembled between rod 101 and bar for providing angular movement to bars 103, artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 mounted on frame for capturing and processing multiple images of user, motorized drawer arrangement 106 integrated within bars 103 to extend/ retract for increasing/ decreasing dimensions of bars 103, motorized clippers 107 configured on bars 103 for gripping end tails of cloth, sun sensor installed on frame for detecting intensity and angle of sunlight incident on frame, a rain detection sensor installed on frame for detecting presence of rain in surroundings of frame."
