MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202617020112 A) filed by Dirak Dieter Ramsauer Konstruktionselemente Gmbh, Ennepetal, Germany, on Feb. 20, for 'actuation device with secured cap.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to an actuation device (100, 200) comprising a housing (110, 210) and an actuation element (114, 214) which is at least partly arranged in the housing (110, 210). The housing (110, 210) has an access (122, 222) to the actuation element (114, 214) on a front face (118, 218), and a cap (116, 216) is provided which blocks the access (122, 222) to the actuation element (114, 214) in a blocking position. A locking mechanism (140, 240) is provided for securing the cap (116, 216) against an unauthorized movement or removal of the cap (116, 216) out of the blocking position, wherein the locking mechanism (140, 240) comprises at least one locking element (142, 242) which can be moved between a locking position for blocking the movement or removal of the cap (116, 216) out of the blocking position in a form-fitting manner and an unlocking position for releasing the movement or removal of the cap (116, 216) out of the blocking position, and the locking element (142, 242) comprises at least one locking magnet (148, 248) for moving the locking element (142, 242) from the locking position into the unlocking position by means of the magnetic interaction between the locking magnet (148, 248) and at least one unlocking magnet (160, 260) of a corresponding key unit (102, 202)."
