MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441013509 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 24, 2024, for 'accelerator pedal repairing assistive device.'

Inventor(s) include Deepanshu Singh Satwaliya.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An accelerator pedal repairing assistive device comprises of a platform 1 developed to be installed on a ground surface and adapted to be accessed by a user for accommodating an accelerator pedal which is to be repaired, an imaging unit 2 to determine parts of accelerator pedal, a laser measurement sensor for monitoring initial length of spring and final length of spring after removal of compressive force, a speaker 5 to produce audio notification for user to replace spring, a container 6 connected with an electronically controlled nozzle 7 that dispenses pressurized cleaning solution over PCB (printed circuit board) chip arranged within pedal, a suction unit to extract dispensed solution from chip in order to remove any deposited residues on chip, a multi-meter to determine passing of current through chip."
