The platform (103) maintains user-specific health records that contain data types, e.g., emergency contact information, allergies, medical conditions, medication lists, menstrual cycle data, and wound status data. A digital access interface (104) usable on an electronic device with camera (104a) scans the QR code (102) and interfaces with the platform (103). Authentication module (105) checks credentials entered by an accessor, ensuring identity and authorization. At successful verification, at least some of the customized health records are selectively shared and presented through the access interface (104)."
