According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The Aadhaar Sahayak System is a new way to solve the important problem of how to get citizens in India to update their Aadhaar information. More than 1.45 billion people who have Aadhaar cards have a hard time updating their demographic information because of document mismatches, language barriers, complicated processes, and information platforms that don't change. This system uses computer vision to identify documents and extract text from uploaded images, speech interfaces to allow people to talk to it in several Indian languages, and a knowledge base that is always being updated with UIDAI rules and procedures. A retrieval engine gets the right update guidelines based on the citizen's profile and the context of the query. An eligibility module checks things like the type of update, the validity of the document, and the availability of the current service. An optimization algorithm picks the best update paths that have the highest chance of success while staying within the limits that apply. A monitoring agent keeps an eye on changes to UIDAI policies, service status, and application deadlines so that it can send out alerts in a timely manner. The system automatically creates profiles for citizens using document extracts and voice inputs. It also sends personalized recommendations through voice in the user's native language and lets users know when their status changes or new requirements arise. This method lets people of all literacy levels and language backgrounds update their Aadhaar, and it could be used in other areas of identity management and government services as well."
