MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421008067 A) filed by Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited, Thane, Maharashtra, on Feb. 6, 2024, for 'a wire clamp for a lighting device.'
Inventor(s) include Shetty, Amith Sadashiva; Patil, Abhay Mansing; Jagtap, Aniket Dhananjay; and Maiti, Pradip Kr.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a wire clamp (304) for a lighting device (100). The wire clamp (304) includes an insert portion (402) and a support plate (404). The insert portion (402) is provided with a first end (402-1) and a second end (402-2). The first end (402-1) is adapted to be inserted within a holder (302) of the lighting device (100). The support plate (404) is attached to the second end (402-2) of the insert portion (402). The support plate (404) is provided with a pair of holding ends (408) adapted to hold one or more wires of the lighting device (100)."
