MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441005283 A) filed by Tvs Motor Company Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Jan. 25, 2024, for 'a wind shield assembly for a vehicle.'

Inventor(s) include Burra Tirumala Srikar; Nagarajan Chandrasekar; Rajamani Ravisankar; John Paul Xavier; and Prideep V Vincent.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A wind shield assembly (102) for a vehicle (100), the wind shield assembly (102) comprising a wind shield member; a reinforcing member (302). The reinforcing 5 member (302) is disposed at a rear portion of the wind shield member, when the wind shield assembly (102) is viewed from a front view of the vehicle (100). The reinforcing member (302) being configured to detachably mount the wind shield member (104) through one or more mounting means (410a, 410b, 410c, 410d). The reinforcing member (302) comprises one or more concavities (304a, 304b, 304c, 10 304d), the one or more concavities (304a, 304b, 304c, 304d) are configured to detachably mount a structural member (202) of the vehicle (100)."
