MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517075780 A) filed by Swimc Llc, Cleveland, U.S.A., on Aug. 8, for 'a waterborne single stage acrylic latex with substantially no coalescing agents and coatings formed therefrom.'

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A latex and coatings composition formed therefrom is provided. The latex includes a single stage acrylic latex formed by radical polymerization of at least one (meth)acrylic unit containing monomer in an aqueous medium containing substantially no coalescing agents. The coatings composition formed from the single stage acrylic latex also contains substantially no coalescing agents."
