MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547088114 A) filed by Cyclion Holdings Pty Ltd, Brisbane, Australia, on Sept. 16, for 'a waste conversion method.'

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A method for the conversion of waste, the method comprising the steps of: Introducing a waste feed material to a reaction vessel, wherein at least a portion of the waste feed material comprises organic material; Processing the waste feed material in the reaction vessel at an elevated temperature in the presence of a catalyst to convert the organic material to one or more hydrocarbon compounds; and Removing the one or more hydrocarbon compounds from the reaction vessel for use or for further processing."
The patent application was internationally filed on Feb. 16, 2024, under International application No.PCT/AU2024/050107.
