Inventor(s) include Mr. Immanuvel Lohith.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 5, under issue no. 36/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A venturi driven, fin protected, roof ventilator device with high discharge and noiseless operation [0071] The present invention discloses a Venturi driven, fin protected roof ventilator device with high discharge rate and noiseless operation. The device (100) comprises an outer shell (101) comprising a funnel unit (102), a bottom ring (103), and a drain hole (104). Further, the device (100) incorporates a fin cylinder (105) featuring a circumferential fin set (106) comprising fin support (109), fin arm (110), and a fin cover (107) within the outer shell (101) to form a fluid path inducing negative pressure for air extraction. The device (100) achieves multifold discharge rate than traditional roof ventilators under varying wind conditions, creating effective ventilation through the venturi effect. Protection against solid particles is achieved with a mesh cover (111) on top of the device (100). The compact design of the device (100) ensures efficient functionality."
