Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'A Vehicle With A Brake Assembly And A Mounting Bracket Thereof' Filed by Tvs Motor Company Limited

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441021713 A) filed by Tvs Motor Company Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on March 21, 2024, for 'a vehicle with a brake assembly and a mounting bracket thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Muktha Sai Kumar; Gollapalli Surya Gangadhara Ravikanth; Mosali Nagarjunreddy; and Teerthagiri Gandhi.

The vehicle (100) comprises a dashboard (101), a steering column (102), a head tube (103), a mainframe member (104), a brake assembly (200), and a mounting bracket (300). The mounting bracket 10 (300) is configured to mount the brake assembly (200) on to the mainframe member (104) such that a lever (201) of the brake assembly (200) is concealed below the dashboard (101) in an engaged position (A) and a disengaged position (B) of the lever (201)."
