The system also includes a controller (205) communicably coupled to the one or more sensors (201, 202, 203, 204). The controller (205) is configured to generate a trigger indicating the application of a corrective torque during subsequent starting of the engine (122) when a monitored value of at least one operational parameter among the one or more operational parameters satisfies at least one pre-stored condition, and a startability time of the engine (122) measured during the starting of the engine (122) exceeds a predetermined threshold value."
