MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007679 A) filed by Tvs Motor Company Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Feb. 5, 2024, for 'a vehicle comprising a mounting structure.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present subject matter relates to a vehicle (100) comprising a mounting structure (200). The mounting structure 200 is configured to mount at least a foot support member (202), a 5 movable lever (204) and a mediation unit (206) of the vehicle (100) effecting braking requisites prevalent during vehicle operation. The mounting structure (200) additionally routes a connecting member (208) extending from the mediation unit (206) through a pre-defined region (PR) onto a main wiring harness (304) of the vehicle (100). The present subject matter achieves a compact yet secure disposition of the foot support member (202), the movable lever 10 (204), the mediation unit (206) and the connecting member (208) whilst addressing issues of transmission latency between engagement of the movable lever (204) for braking and activation of one or more lighting units (106) of the vehicle (100)."
