The pair of parallel lines (40, 42) are moveable in a first direction and a second direction corresponding to an axial direction of rotation of the driving pulley (18), causing a twine dispenser (12) to travel along the length of the baler (1). An angle plate (38) is provided to displace the twine dispenser (12) from an inoperative position to an operative position during the bale tying cycle.
