The control unit (112) is configured to receive biodata and data associated with movement and sleep cycles of the user during a sleep session. Further, the control unit (112) is configured to determine one or more transition stages between the sleep cycles based on analysis of the biodata and the data associated with the movement and the sleep cycles of the user during the sleep session. Furthermore, the control unit (112), utilizing a machine learning model (114), is configured to operate the plurality of LEDs (108) based on the biodata and the one or more transition stages of the user during the sleep session, to assist in the sleep."
