MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421008365 A) filed by Winmagic Toys Private Limited, Maharashtra, on Feb. 7, 2024, for 'a three-dimensional (3d) constructible movable articulatable object.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Embodiments of the present disclosure relates to a 3D constructible roleplay object (100A) or a 3D puzzle game that constitutes a set of connectable components to be twisted and turned at multiple points of articulation on the 3D constructible roleplay object for assembling and disassembling the 3D constructible roleplay object. The 3D constructible movable articulatable object constitutes a plurality of connectable foam-based components and non-foam-based components to be plugged into one another at a plurality of points of articulation on the object for assembling and disassembling the object and enabling movement of the object. The plurality of components is composed of soft foam, plastic, metal, and TPE. The 3D constructible roleplay object (100A) may be toy models of cartoon characters and superhero characters that can keep kids engaged for hours and enhance their creativity skills through pretend-play."
