MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421035062 A) filed by Rajdhani Petrochemicals Private Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on May 3, 2024, for 'a ternary herbicidal composition and formulation thereof.'
Inventor(s) include Patel Dipakkumar; Shah Kenal V; and Shah Bhavesh V.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a Ternary herbicidal composition comprising of (A) Glufosinate, salts, esters and derivative or L-glufosinate, salts, esters and derivative; (B) at least one herbicide selected from class of sulfonylureas; (C) at least one more herbicide or combination thereof. The present invention further relates to process for preparing the said compositions in specific amount. The present invention further relates to the process for preparing the said composition along with inactive excipient; and formulations thereof."
