Nithya Quintoil; P. Vijayalakshmi; and K. Abhiram Naidu, Pondicherry, India, on Oct. 13, 2025, for 'a system with built in application and method for animal centric bite case management and rabies risk prediction.'

This is achieved by establishing pipelines between veterinary data and public health dashboards, as well as laboratory systems for confirming diagnoses. By correlating animal-to-animal and animal-to-human bite data, the application provides novel analytics for predictive insights, transforming raw field data into actionable intelligence for targeted interventions and strategic public health planning."
