MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441014088 A) filed by Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited; and Robert Bosch Gmbh, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 27, 2024, for 'a system for translation of images between two distinct heterogenous cameras and a method thereof.'

The system (100) comprises a source camera (S), a target camera (T), two generative adversarial networks (GAN)s, a transformation prediction module (30) and at least a warping module (40). The transformation prediction module (30) in configured using the system (100) and method to derive a transformation parameter. The transformation prediction module (30) is optimized using a loss function comprising loss between a translated source image vis-a-vis a target image and a translated target image vis-a-vis a source image."
