Inventor(s) include Varun Dashputre; Setu Shah; Suvjeet Bhowmik; Nilesh Lawand; and Pankaj Kalita.

The application for the patent was published on June 27, under issue no. 26/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A system (100) for monitoring a production facility (200). The system includes a manipulator (110), a position sensor (120), a vibration sensor (130), a computing unit (140), and a display unit (150). The manipulator in the production facility is displaceable between its home position (111) and other positions in the production facility. The position sensor is configured to detect and transmit signals related to change in position of the manipulator, relative to home position. The vibration sensor is configured to detect and transmit signals related to motion of the manipulator. The computing unit is configured to analyze data based on the signals received from the position sensor and the vibration sensor. The display unit is configured to display a plurality of key performance indicators, indicative of performance of the manipulator, based on analysis. The system determines the key performance indicators necessary for optimization of operations at the production facility."
