According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is a system (100) deployable under water. The system (100) includes a submersible payload (102) and an automated recovery mechanism (104) coupled to the submersible payload (102) and adapted to prevent sinking of the submersible payload (102) below a predefined depth () to the water surface (105). The automated recovery mechanism (104) includes a container (106) holding at least one gas, an inflatable unit (108) adapted to receive the at least one gas from the container (106), a metering device (114), a valve (110) fluidically interposed between the container (106) and the inflatable unit (108), a pressure switch (112) operatively coupled to the valve (110) and adapted to detect a fluid pressure around the automated recovery mechanism (104), and actuate the valve (110) to release the at least one gas based on the comparison."
