According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a system (1) and method to revolutionize the outdoor advertising industry. The system (1) features an LED display unit (5) mounted on the frame of the traffic signal light (2) which is operably connected to the controller box (6). The camera unit (4) captures the red-light signal and the controller box enables the system to exert precise control over the display operations of the LED display unit (5) by interpreting the commands received from the operating system (8) embedded within the computing device (9). The operating system generates a first command of triggering the red light and prompting the controller box (6) to initiate the advertisement on the LED display unit (5) followed by a subsequent second command to transition to the green light to ensure that the LED display unit (5) displays the advertisement only during the time slot of the signal being red."
