The system (100) further includes a server (320) configured to receive and process the geographic location of the user (102), a database (370), and a processor (330). The processor (330) is configured to determine the geographical location of the user (102) and calculate a distance between the geographical location of the user (102) and the one or more venues (101) hosting an event. The processor (330) is configured to compare the calculated distance with a pre-determined threshold distance of the one or more venues (101). The processor (330) is configured to generate and transmit a recommendation to the user (102) based on the comparison."
