MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641064167 A) filed by Alamelumangai R; Kishor S; Arorabin J; Arun Pandi GP; and Kaviya Sri K, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, on May 21, for 'a system and method of ai based heart observation device.'

Inventor(s) include Alamelumangai R; Kishor S; Arorabin J; Arun Pandi GP; and Kaviya Sri K.

The application for the patent was published on May 29, under issue no. 22/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a system and method for an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based heart observation device configured for continuous monitoring and intelligent analysis of cardiovascular activities. The system comprises biomedical sensors, embedded processing units, AI-driven analytical modules, wireless communication interfaces, and cloud-based healthcare platforms for real-time cardiac observation. Physiological parameters including electrocardiogram signals, heart rate, oxygen saturation, pulse characteristics, temperature, and motion data are continuously acquired and processed using signal conditioning techniques. Artificial Intelligence algorithms analyze the processed signals to detect cardiac abnormalities such as arrhythmia, tachycardia, bradycardia, and ischemic conditions. The system further performs predictive analytics to estimate future cardiovascular risks and generate early warning notifications. Wireless communication technologies enable remote patient monitoring and healthcare integration. The invention improves diagnostic accuracy, supports preventive healthcare, enables emergency response mechanisms, reduces clinical workload, and provides intelligent real-time cardiovascular monitoring for hospitals, home-care environments, and telemedicine applications."
