The system collects clinical signals from different types of treatments, normalizes and synchronizes them, and then creates a dynamic treatment response fingerprint that shows how the treatment affects different people. The disclosure additionally facilitates the detection and quantification of protocol drift by juxtaposing executed treatment parameters with validated protocol profiles, and enables adaptive normalization of outcomes against population-stratified clinical baselines. To measure how reliable the evaluated outcomes are, an outcome confidence index is calculated. The evolution of treatment efficacy over time is also tracked across several treatment instances. For reporting and auditing purposes, the system makes clinical evaluation records that can be verified and tracked. The disclosed system and method technically assess treatment outcomes without diagnosing, treating, or recommending medical interventions, thus offering a definitive technical solution for dependable outcome evaluation in dynamic clinical settings."
