An AI-driven symptom detection module (40) employs a retrieval-augmented generation framework to produce triage outputs, while a teleconsultation interface module (50) adapts video and audio parameters based on network bandwidth. Complementing these, an integrated portal module (60) connects various healthcare interfaces and a multi-channel patient access module (70) supports IVR and SMS communications, ensuring comprehensive offline-first telemedicine services."
