A multi-domain conversational agent (MDCA) framework includes a domain module for classification, an intent module for identifying actions, an entity extraction module for extracting structured identifiers, and a dialog module for generating responses. A natural language understanding (NLU) engine (80) is operatively connected to the MDCA to process structured and unstructured input and interface with a training module. The training module comprises an MLOps platform and an automated learning loop (90) to retrain models based on new data. A data repository stores model parameters, user queries, extracted entities, and dialog output."
