MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511116260 A) filed by Graphic Era, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on Nov. 24, 2025, for 'a system and method for integrated keychain tracking and secure access control using bluetooth low energy, global positioning system and radio frequency identification.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Shweta Goyal; Shivam Rawat; Dr. Neha Tripathi; Prateeksha; and Vikram Singh Soni.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to an integrated system (101-105) for keychain tracking and secure access control, combining Bluetooth Low Energy, Global Positioning System, and Radio Frequency Identification. A central microcontroller (101) with integrated BLE functionality processes positional data from a GPS module (102) and identification data from an RFID module (103), while an audio alert system (104) provides audible notifications upon receiving commands via a wireless interface. Power is managed through a dedicated unit (105) comprising a rechargeable battery (106) and associated circuitry. The system, suitable for secure mobile application interfacing, dynamically switches between low-power short-range communication and long-range positioning, ensuring efficient, reliable operation within a protective enclosure for the printed circuit board and integrated components."
