This method provides the method for implementing the above-described system, including steps to configure the internship modules and value-based competency matrices, registering stakeholders, executing the school placement, calculating the holistic development, and calculating the stipend. This method provides the method to address the gaps in the current model of teacher education internships and to achieve the holistic development of the trainee teachers with the support of the stipend-assisted academic value-based experiential school internship model."
