The input module (102) is configured to receive a set of details related to a medicine from a user. The data processing module (103) is configured to extract an identification data corresponding to the set of details from the medicine database (107), prepare, via a data analytics module (104), a primary string of characters the symbol database (106) according to the identification data, extract, via the data analytics module (104), a set of numbers from the set of details, prepare, via the data analytics module (104), a secondary and tertiary string of characters according to the set of numbers and combine the first, second and tertiary set of characters to obtain a encoded identification data of the medicine."
