MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621043658 A) filed by Adina Institute Of Science And Technology, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, on April 6, for 'a system and method for automated control and efficiency enhancement in mechanical systems.'
Inventor(s) include Raj Kumar Yadav; Kritika Thakur; Ankit Vishwe; Nikhil Vishwakarma; Aman Prajapati; Monika Kurmi; Vishalee Sahu; and Ranjeet Kumar Ahirwar.
The application for the patent was published on May 29, under issue no. 22/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a system and method designed to facilitate automated control and improve efficiency in mechanical systems. The system has a sensor array network, a processor, and memory. It also has a sensor trust indexing and validation module, a real-time adaptive control engine, and an energy efficiency optimization module. The system is set up to get real-time operational data, check sensor inputs for accuracy using reliability scoring, and change mechanical parameters on the fly using closed-loop control. A predictive mechanical behavior modeling unit is set up to find patterns of degradation and predict possible failures. A fault anticipation and self-healing module then takes action to fix the problem before it happens. A deterministic response scheduler makes sure that control operations happen on time. There is also an actuation control interface, a data logging unit, and a secure communication interface in the system. The current disclosure offers a hardware-integrated, adaptive control framework that enhances efficiency, diminishes energy consumption, and increases reliability in mechanical systems."
