An artificial-intelligence-based analysis unit processes real-time physiological trends in conjunction with compatibility verification results to predict transfusion-related adverse reactions at an early stage. Upon detection of abnormal or high-risk conditions, the system autonomously regulates transfusion delivery by slowing, pausing, or stopping infusion and generates context-specific alerts for clinical intervention. The invention operates as a closed-loop transfusion safety mechanism, reducing dependence on manual observation and minimizing human error."
