The method comprises the steps of, identifying a population of employed caregivers providing care to chronically ill patients; providing a structured Work Stress Assessment Tool encompassing workload, job control, interpersonal conflict, time constraints, job insecurity, and workplace flexibility; administering standardized mental health instruments, including GAD-7, PHQ-9, and MBI, to measure anxiety, depression, and burnout; obtaining numerical responses and generating quantitative indicators of work stress and mental health status; performing statistical correlation analysis between these indicators; applying the Job Demand-Control (JDC) Model to interpret associations between stress factors and psychological outcomes; and identifying high-risk caregiver subgroups and key stressors. The results enable evidence-based recommendations for workplace interventions, mental health programs, and policy development aimed at improving caregiver well-being."
