According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides an AI-based, computer-implemented system (100) and method (200) for analysing and transforming menstrual health awareness and perception among rural communities. The system integrates a user interface (101) for structured data acquisition, an adaptive data module (102) for literacy-based question modification, and a psychometric engine (103) computing Awareness and Perception Indices using validated behavioural scales. A machine-learning analytics module (104) correlates indices with socio-demographic data stored in a cultural knowledgebase (105), while an impact transformation engine (106) evaluates awareness improvement through transformation metrics. A reporting unit (107) and server (108) enable visualization, synchronization, and privacy-secured analytics. When deployed among 513 rural women (aged 15 - 45 years), the system achieved a 10.5% increase in awareness levels post-intervention, confirming its efficacy for scalable, data-driven community transformation in menstrual health education."
