MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511131156 A) filed by Ria Gupta, New Delhi, on Dec. 24, 2025, for 'a system and a method for producing subconscious and frequency embedded music.'
Inventor(s) include Ria Gupta.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a system and method are disclosed for producing subconscious and frequency-embedded music designed to influence emotional, cognitive, or physiological states through inaudible affirmations and neuroacoustic modulation. The system comprises an input module configured to receive user-defined affirmations corresponding to specific goals; an audio processing module employing psychoacoustic and signal processing algorithms to render the affirmations imperceptible to conscious hearing while retaining subconscious perceptibility; a frequency generation module that synthesizes binaural, isochronic, or carrier-based tones aligned with brainwave frequency bands for neural entrainment; and a mixing module that adaptively integrates affirmation and frequency layers beneath a foreground music track using dynamic masking and amplitude control. The resultant audio output is exported as a standard-format music file that embeds subconscious affirmation and frequency content for playback during ordinary listening. The corresponding method includes defining listener goals, recording affirmations, applying psychoacoustic masking and modulation techniques, generating frequency-aligned tones, embedding processed layers beneath musical content, and exporting a composite track that facilitates subconscious influence and neuroacoustic entrainment through natural music listening experiences."
