Inventor(s) include Charushila Yuvraj Kadam; Sunayana Yuvraj Kadam; Kuldip Yuvraj Kadam; Asha Yuvraj Kadam; and Yuvraj Namdeo Kadam.
The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A system and a method for bias detection and reflective evaluation using adaptive simulated interactions is disclosed. The system (100) includes a processor (105) and memory (110) configured to initialize a user (120) profile by acquiring demographic, educational, and psychometric data (190). It delivers curriculum content (195) encompassing competencies (200) in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusivity to promote skills, attitudes, and knowledge. The system simulates real-world scenarios between the user and diverse virtual recipients (130) to detect bias (205), obtaining responses through interactive modules and reflective assignments. It evaluates competencies via structured assessments scenarios (210) and collects real-time feedback data (215) from multiple third-party sources (135), including peers and facilitators. A composite score (220) is generated based on predefined weights (225) to personalize learning by adjusting content complexity. Additionally, an AI model reviews curricular materials to identify inclusion gaps and recommends content enhancements to optimize competency alignment within training curricula."
