MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521124632 A) filed by Vishwakarma University; Dr. Bharat Rajkumar Agarwal; Prof. Yuvraj Lalitkishor Lahoti; Prof. Avadhut Murari Atre; and Dr. Ashwini Sonawane, Pune, Maharashtra, on Dec. 10, 2025, for 'a system and a method for ai-driven customer relationship and marketing management.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Bharat Rajkumar Agarwal; Prof. Yuvraj Lalitkishor Lahoti; Prof. Avadhut Murari Atre; and Dr. Ashwini Sonawane.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The current publication concerns a system and method for AI enabled cognitive customer relationships, contexts aware marketing management. It includes a multimodal behavioural signal acquisition or collection module to collect digital micro-, behaviours, device-level sensor data and ambient context parameters. There is a preprocessing and feature engineering unit to pre-transform or modify these homogeneous inputs to structured behavioural feature vectors which in turn are synthesised and then analysed by a hybrid edge-cloud cognitive profiling engine to obtain real-time cognitive and psychographic outputs. Furthermore, there are a temporal intent forecasting module to track and forecast potential user behaviour trajectories, and also a distributed customer knowledge graph generator to assign behavioural dependencies through relevancy based compression. There is also a dynamic content morphing or modifying engine to autonomously morph marketing content based on cognitive load, emotional polarity and motivation windows, and then finally there is the AI regulated campaign orchestration engine that optimises targeting pathways through reinforcement learning. This publication thereby increases personalisation accuracy, decreases latency, provides secure data, processing, and higher-level behavioural aware marketing intelligence."
