MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611052940 A) filed by Career Point University, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, on April 25, for 'a synergistic ayurvedic topical formulation and oral compositionfor the treatment of various dermatological disoders and allergies.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Ram Avtar; Dr. Kuntesh Kumari; Kumari Vedanshi; Rupali; and Parul.
The application for the patent was published on May 29, under issue no. 22/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The herbo-mineral therapy system is a dual method for dealing with various types of chronic skin problems such as psoriasis and eczema. The therapy method consists of a special type of ointment and a set of capsules designed to deal with both the surface manifestations and the inner causes of these problems.The special ointment is made using a process of heat processing Copper Sulphate, Sulphur, and Ammonium Chloride in an iron vessel and then potentiating the resulting residue using Bhimsaini Camphor in a base of hundred-times-washed purified butter. Meanwhile, the capsules contain Amlasar Gandhak, Soapnut Shell, and processed Snake Slough for facilitating the process of detoxification.The method is designed to produce visible healing and reduce itching in just 15 days through a process that requires complete adherence to a special type of diet that avoids acidic and sour food products."
