MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441017139 A) filed by Tvs Motor Company Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on March 10, 2024, for 'a suspension assembly of a vehicle and an axle assembly thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Gollapalli Surya Gangadhara Ravikanth; and Mosali Nagarjun Reddy.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a suspension assembly (200) of a vehicle (100) having an axle assembly (300). The suspension assembly (200) comprises a plurality of suspension members (201L, 201R) and one or more leaf suspensions (203L, 203R). . The plurality of suspension members (201L, 201R) and the one or more leaf suspensions (203L, 203R) are connected to one or more portions (105) of the vehicle (100). The plurality of suspension members (201L, 201R) and the one or more leaf suspensions (203L, 203R) are mounted on the axle assembly (300). The axle assembly (300) comprises a shaft member (302), a plurality of mounting portions (301L, 301R) and one or more link portions (303L, 303R). The shaft member (302) comprises a straight configuration and extends in a vehicle width direction."
