This arrangement ensures the same load distribution across the at least two handles (15) incorporated in at the top of an external frame (10) of the strength training machine (1000). Additionally, the presence of two motors (40a, 40b) also help attain higher strength resistance of up to 100kg per handle (15). The parallel placement of the first and the second motor (40a, 40b) also helps couple the strength training machine (1000) to a cardiovascular workout machine (180)."
