MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441076893 A) filed by Teadus Pharma Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, on Oct. 10, 2024, for 'a solid formulation of pimobendan and its process for the preparation.'
Inventor(s) include Selvakumar Balaraman; Kasinathan Gopu; Nageshwar Gunda; Ram Mohan; and Umamaheswar Siripurapu.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention is related to pharmaceutical formulation for oral administration particularly in the form of a chewable tablet or a granule comprising Pimobendan used for the treatment of congestive heart failure.
