According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a smart respiratory training system(100). The present invention includes a microcontroller(102), a display module(104), a control interface(106), a respiratory training device(108) and a user support structure(132). The microcontroller(102) include a processor(128) and a database(130). The display module(104) operatively connected to the microcontroller(102) and is configured to display breathing guidance, session data, performance report and user interface. The control interface(106) operatively connected to the microcontroller(102) and is configured to receive user inputs include start, stop and reset operations. The respiratory training device(108) is operatively connected to the microcontroller(102), the display module(104), the control interface(106) and includes a sensing module(110), an airflow obstruction member(114), a motor(116), a cylindrical airflow processing chamber(120), a mouthpiece(124), an airflow conduit(122) and an ultraviolet sterilization source(126). Herein, the ultraviolet sterilization source(126) is configured to automatically activate after completion of the respiratory training session to irradiate internal airflow-contact surfaces for microbial disinfection."
