MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611004802 A) filed by Midvision Private Limited, Dhina, Punjab, on Jan. 17, for 'a skin pigmentation control formulation and method of preparation thereof.'
Inventor(s) include Pranav Midha.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a stable and synergistic skin pigmentation control formulation and a precise method for its preparation. The composition comprises Polypodium leucotomos Extract (750 mg), Hyaluronic Acid (250 mg), Ioniplex(R) Fulvic Ionic Mineral Complex (200 mg), Liposomal Vitamin C (200 mg), Niacinamide (50 mg), Astaxanthin (10 mg), and MitoPrime L-Ergothioneine (5 mg). The formulation overcomes the technical challenges of segregating micro-dose antioxidants and the instability of hygroscopic mineral complexes through a staged geometric dilution blending process and strict environmental controls (NMT 25 C, 35-55% RH). By utilizing a specific particle size differential-where actives are sieved through 20#-30# mesh and stabilizers through 60# mesh-and encapsulating the result in HPMC shells, the invention ensures a uniform, stable, and high-potency dosage form with a moisture content of 1-5% w/w."
