MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411007899 A) filed by Kohler India Corporation Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, on Feb. 6, 2024, for 'a shoulder shower module for a water distribution system.'

Inventor(s) include Ashish Kumar Kaushik; and Mandeep Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Described herein is a shoulder shower module [200] for a water distribution system [100] that may function in at least a rain mode, a cascade mode, an overhead shower mode, and combinations thereof. The shoulder shower module [200] includes a facia [204] unit that may be pivotally adjustable per a user's preference, wherein the facia [204] unit may include a plurality of nozzles and a cascade slit, such that water may flow through the plurality of nozzles upon actuation of the rain mode, and water may flow through the cascade slit upon actuation of the cascade mode. Upon actuation of the overhead shower module [102], the shoulder shower module [200] may divert water to a overhead shower module [102] of the water distribution system."
