Inventor(s) include B. Himanth; K. Gowtam; P. Syam Sundar; Syed Inthiyaz; M. Siva Kumar; Grk Prasad; and B T P Madhav.
The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "With the evolution of the concept of artificial intelligence, there has been the emergence of intelligent voice-controlled AI assistants which have greatly enhanced the interaction between humans and computers. The given paper describes the design and development of a smart voice-controlled AI helper based on a microcontroller with the Gemini AI API. The suggested system will enable the user to communicate in a normal voice using the advanced natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning abilities of Gemini AI. The assistant helps to execute broad sets of functionalities, such as executing tasks, retrieving information and respond to conversations based on context. Multilingual assistance increases the usability of users with different linguistic backgrounds, whereas the contextual comprehension allows providing individualized and adaptive communication. This architecture has low power usage, cost-efficiency, and portability that are attributed to the use of the microcontroller that makes the architecture applicable to embedded and IoT-based applications."
