MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202618006206 A) filed by Igin Smart Hygiene Ltd., Raanana, Israel, on Jan. 21, for 'a replaceable glove cartridge for a glove device for putting sterile gloves on hands.'
Inventor(s) include Avshalom, Shlomo Matan Shalom.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A replaceable glove cartridge that contain glove holders with gloves that includes a closed peripheral wall and two stoppers. The closed peripheral wall includes three inner corners that guide the glove holders, an upper opening through which the glove holders can be pulled out, and a lower opening through which a follower can penetrate and push upwards the glove holders. The stoppers situated along the inner corners and they stope an upward movement of the glove holders when they are pushed upwardly by the follower. The stoppers correspond with ends of the holding rods of the glove holders. The glove holder includes a base with matching holes that correspond with a movable rod, and three holding rods with holding clips to which a circumferential part of an opening of a glove can be attached."
The patent application was internationally filed on Dec. 27, 2020, under International application No.PCT/IL2020/051334.
