Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'A Reinforcement Structure' Filed by Maruti Suzuki India Limited

MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411024604 A) filed by Maruti Suzuki India Limited, New Delhi, on March 27, 2024, for 'a reinforcement structure.'

Inventor(s) include Mr. Gautam Wadhwa; Mr. Mandeep Singh; Mr. Tarandeep Singh; Mr. Rohit Dang; Mr. Manish Khandelwal; Mr. Lakshabir Debnath; Mr. Varun Chauhan; and Mr. Pankaj.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present subject matter disclosed herein relates to a reinforcement structure (100) for strengthening a belt line reinforcement (101) of a vehicle door. The reinforcement structure (100) comprises an elongated member (102) extended in a front-rear direction of the vehicle door, having at least two ends (103a, 103b) connected respectively to an A and B pillar of the front door. The reinforcement structure (100) comprises a cross-section A-A forming a box section configuration with the beltline reinforcement."
