MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411024604 A) filed by Maruti Suzuki India Limited, New Delhi, on March 27, 2024, for 'a reinforcement structure.'

The reinforcement structure (100) comprises an elongated member (102) extended in a front-rear direction of the vehicle door, having at least two ends (103a, 103b) connected respectively to an A and B pillar of the front door. The reinforcement structure (100) comprises a cross-section A-A forming a box section configuration with the beltline reinforcement."
