Further, an extension structure (104) or one or more rods operatively coupled with the jack base structure (102) and adjustable in height. Further, an axle resting area (106) provided on an upper portion of the extension structure (104) and configured to receive and support an axle of a disabled vehicle. Further, the knuckle arm assembly (108) associated with the axle resting area (106) and arranged to support the system while enabling articulated movement of the supported vehicle portion. Further, a plurality of wheels (110) mounted to the jack base structure (102), configured to provide translational movement of the trolley (100)."
