MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531098108 A) filed by Guru Nanak Institute Of Technology, Kolkata, West Bengal, on Oct. 11, 2025, for 'a quantum-swarm-neurosynergistic intelligence for hyper-contextual, self-evolving recommendations.'

Inventor(s) include Ms. Swagata Sinha; Mr. Tridib Chakraborty; and Ms. Aindrila Saha.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The disclosure discloses a Quantum-Swarm-NeuroSynergistic Intelligence (QSNI) system for hyper-contextual, real-time, and self-evolving recommendations. The system integrates a quantum-inspired probabilistic inference engine, a swarm intelligence layer of domain-specialized agents, and a neuro-symbolic reasoning module to generate adaptive, explainable, and low-latency recommendations. User preferences are modelled as probabilistic superpositions, swarm agents collaborate via pheromone-like signalling, and neuro-symbolic reasoning provides structured explanations. Multi-modal inputs such as biometric data, IoT signals, and contextual metadata are ingested to generate dynamic recommendations. A cloud-edge hybrid architecture ensures scalability and ultra-low latency. The disclosure is applicable across healthcare, commerce, entertainment, and smart city infrastructures, offering superior adaptability, interpretability, and personalization compared to prior-art systems."
