Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'A Process For The Preparation Of Fibrillated Nanocomposite Powder And Electrode Prepared Therefrom' Filed by Ola Electric Mobility Limited

MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541133117 A) filed by Ola Electric Mobility Limited, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Dec. 29, 2025, for 'a process for the preparation of fibrillated nanocomposite powder and electrode prepared therefrom.'

Inventor(s) include Shivam Kumar; Shishir Kumar Singh; Rajesh Mekkat; Shikhar Choubey; and Sachin P Shet.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a process for the preparation of fibrillated nanocomposite powder. The process of the present disclosure provides homogeneous distribution of active material, conductive carbons and binders. The process of the present disclosure initiates fibrillation of the binders, which helps to tolerate high shear stress during the formation of an electrode. The present disclosure also provides an electrode prepared by using a fibrillated nanocomposite powder."
